Hard Copy Service

The Chamber of Commerce is officially authorised to verify your export documentation. For an overview of the Chamber's documentation services please click here.

The Process

There are 3 options for submitting your export documents to the Chamber:

  • Email documents to be certified to documents@chamber.co.nz
  • Mail them to PO Box 47, Auckland 1001
  • Bring them in personally or by courier to Level 3, 100 Mayoral Drive, Auckland City.

We certify documents in normal working hours. If you bring them in or use a courier, we will certify them whilst you wait. If you email or post them we will post them back.

Due to the fact that the Chamber is required to file copies of export documents we process, please ensure that you bring one extra copy in with you.
