eCerts and documents
Stamped-Signed-Certified-Returned - Fast!eCert enables you to have your export documents certified and returned to
you electronically. Certified documents can be processed and returned from the
Auckland Chamber of Commerce to your email inbox in minutes.
eCert gives you the most efficient means of obtaining stamped and signed
Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and other export
documents. An approved certificate can be returned from the Auckland Chamber of
Commerce to your email inbox in minutes, without the need for engaging expensive
couriers.
eCert combines electronic signature capabilities to process, capture and store
all information that is unique to each transaction and produce the best
electronic evidence of WHO signed WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and HOW.
eCert is delivered as a zero-download solution, no additional software or
hardware is required by users. Users simply “click-to-sign” within their web
browsers to electronically review and sign documents, while the solution works
behind the scenes to produce the electronic evidence, and create compliant and
auditable, electronic records.

Exporter login/registration
To use eCert you must be a registered exporter with Auckland Chamber of
Commerce.

Document Templates
By logging into our system you can produce and submit Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and Certificates of Origin for the Chamber to verify.
Using eCert the Auckland Chamber of Commerce can stamp and sign any of your export documents that require verification.
For documents other than Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and Certificates of Origin, please attach them as PDF files in the final step before you click submit to send your documents to the Chamber. For instructions about how to do this please see the eCert Help – Overview section above.

To submit these documents to the Auckland Chamber for verification simply download, fill out the documents, PDF them and attach them in eCert in the final step before you click submit to send your documents to the Chamber.
