the Auckland Chamber of Commerce.
As an Auckland Chamber of Commerce member you can promote your company to other members by using
our cost-effective targeted direct marketing methods. The Chamber will manage
all the associated logistics of your direct mail campaign ensuring your mailout
reaches your target market.
To instigate a member-to-member mailing, simply define your audience using
the choose your mailing list matrix below, provide the Chamber with content and the
Chamber will coordinate your request. You will also receive a contact list
after the distribution date for your post mailing follow up.
Our simple six-step process:
- Select your mailing list criteria
- Provide an electronic sample of your letter and inserts to the Chamber
for approval
- Accept the Chamber's quote
- Authorise and accept the Contact Follow-Up declaration and return with
your payment
- Send any required inserts to the mailhouse
- Confirm desired mailing date
The Chamber will then send you a follow-up list including contact name,
company name and contact phone number.

Costs and conditions of mailing
Costs of mailing
- The most cost effective campaigns are higher quantity mailings. A personalised
letter is a letter merged with list details including name, position, company,
address etc
- Costs include data, postage and all handling by a professional mail house
- An insert is a pre-printed, non-personalised item
- Special packaging and custom mailings can be accommodated
- Price is on a quotation basis.(500 contacts minimum)
- Cost will usuallly be in between $1.00 - $1.50 +GST per unit depending on the complexity of your mailing.
Conditions of mailing
- A minimum mailing quantity of 500 applies
- Full payment required 3 days prior to the lodgement date
- The Auckland Chamber of Commerce must site and approve the content of the
mailer in advance
- The Chamber retains the right to refuse any publication deemed as inappropriate
- An acknowledgement line relating to the sender's Chamber membership
in the company letter is added as a footnote. "This mail-out has
been facilitated through the Auckland Chamber of Commerce", is the preferred
option.
